Overview of Services
FASYT provides digital access to expert valuation services across various asset categories, including Snapshot estimates, Market appraisals, and Certified Appraisals. Each level of service is designed for different use cases, and the user is responsible for selecting the option most appropriate to their needs.
Intended Use of Valuations
Snapshot and Market appraisals are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or tax decisions. Certified Appraisals, provided by qualified professionals with appropriate credentials, are designed to meet the documentation standards commonly required for formal use, including insurance coverage, charitable donations, estate planning, and legal or tax filings. However, it remains the user’s responsibility to confirm that FASYT-provided documentation meets the specific requirements of the relevant institution or jurisdiction.
Credentialed Appraisers
FASYT partners with verified, independent appraisers who hold recognized designations such as AM, ASA, or FASA. While FASYT validates their credentials and professional standing, each appraiser is individually responsible for the accuracy and quality of their valuation reports.
Submission of Item Information
All valuations are based solely on the information and materials submitted by the user (e.g., photographs, descriptions, and links). FASYT is not responsible for incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate inputs that may affect the outcome of the valuation.
Report Delivery and Access
Appraisal results are delivered digitally and may include downloadable PDF documents and/or digital certificates, depending on the service level. These documents are time-stamped and may include QR verification for added security. Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on item complexity and appraiser availability.
No Item Authentication or Physical Inspection
Unless expressly stated in a service description, FASYT does not perform in-person evaluations, authenticity verification, or physical condition assessments. All opinions are based on the submitted documentation.
Limitations of Liability
FASYT shall not be held liable for any decisions, transactions, financial losses, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on its services or appraisals. The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
User Accounts and Access
Users may choose to create an account to access a personal dashboard for valuation history, document downloads, and service tracking. Guest access is permitted for select services, though may be limited in features.
Privacy and Security
FASYT uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data and payment information, including SSL encryption and secure processing partners. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Service
FASYT reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of its platform or services at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
By using the FASYT platform, you agree to resolve any disputes or claims relating to these Terms or our services through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. This includes any claims based on federal, state, or local statutes, regulations, ordinances, or common law.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, and held in the State of California, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees, except where awarded by the arbitrator under applicable law.
You understand that by agreeing to this clause, you are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action.
Termination of Access
FASYT reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to any part of the platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, disrupts service integrity, or poses legal or reputational risk to FASYT or its users.
Users may also terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, access to your dashboard, valuation history, or documents may be permanently removed unless otherwise required by law or retained for internal record-keeping.
Refund Policy
All FASYT services are pre-paid and non-refundable once a valuation request has been submitted and assigned to an appraiser. If a request is canceled before processing begins, a refund may be issued at FASYT’s discretion. In cases of technical issues or misapplied services, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
Certified Appraisals and other expert services represent time, review, and expertise, and as such, are not eligible for refund once the evaluation process has begun.
